1. Introduction
Welcome to 247 Mechanic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving any of our mobile mechanic services, you (“Customer” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
2. Nature of Services
247 Mechanic LLC is a mobile mechanic service operating in and around Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide vehicle repair and maintenance services on-site at the customer’s location, subject to safety and accessibility conditions.
Our basic services may include but are not limited to:
- Oil and filter changes
- Battery testing and replacement
- Brake inspections and replacement
- Diagnostic scanning
- Alternator and starter replacement
- Belt and hose replacement
- Tire changes and rotations (non-heavy-duty)
- Fluid top-offs and leak inspections
- Minor engine and electrical repairs
We do not perform services that require heavy machinery, lifts, or a physical workshop environment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or email.
Customers must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location suitable for repair work.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
If the mechanic arrives and is unable to perform the service due to unsafe conditions or lack of access, a service call fee of $75 may be charged.
4. Estimates and Payments
All estimates provided are subject to change upon inspection.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, Zelle, or electronic invoice.
A minimum service call fee of $75 may apply for diagnostic or inspection visits.
Parts may be sourced by the customer or by 247 Mechanic LLC at retail or wholesale pricing, as applicable.
5. Warranties and Liability
247 Mechanic LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on labor for qualifying services. Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Customer misuse or neglect
Third-party repairs or modifications
Environmental damage (flood, heat, road hazards, etc.)
247 Mechanic LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any service provided.
The customer acknowledges that some on-site repairs may be temporary or diagnostic in nature and that further shop-based service may be required.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must disclose any known vehicle issues, modifications, or hazards.
The mechanic must be provided with safe working conditions and access to the vehicle.
The customer must ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to service.
247 Mechanic LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Mobile Service Limitations
While we strive to complete services on-site, certain jobs may not be safely performed outside of a shop environment. In such cases, we will inform you and, when possible, recommend a trusted repair facility.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 247 Mechanic LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from services performed at your direction or on your property.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Clark County, Nevada.
10. Amendments
247 Mechanic LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request.
